Kate's passion for all things vintage meant it was inevitable that she would choose a period property. When she bought the 1940s seaside chalet, it was in quite basic condition but fortunately had retained many of the original features including wood panelling, fireplaces, parquet flooring and crickle windows leading into the retro sun room.
