Plucky couple Debbie & Tom transformed their run-down home in just 4 months; NL

For the past two years, Debbie and Tom have been living in the downstairs apartment of a stately 1903 mansion in the centre of Groningen. When the couple first bought the house, it had been used as a student dorm and was totally dilapidated. Despite a limited budget and different interior design tastes, Debbie and Tom have successfully created a luxurious home filled with rich colours and beautiful design pieces.
