Jo and Mark have sensitively restored this Art Deco house from the 1930s; UK

Jo and Mark are no strangers to the challenges that come with renovating period properties, having lived in several over the years. Nevertheless, they initially assumed that the 1930s house they bought back in 2016 would be relatively easy to bring up to scratch. The work proved more arduous than first anticipated, but the result is warm and inviting - especially at Christmas.
