Catherine and Simon never looked back since buying a dilapidated farmhouse; UK

The first time they looked at the property they left in 20 minutes. On the second visit, they realized that the home was unloved and began to focus on its wealth of period features, including the sweeping staircase, spacious inglenook fireplaces, original sash windows, and gnarled beams. It was then that the transformation began.
